If you love racing and fantasy games than
NASCAR Fantasy could be just what your looking for. Many people are
now realizing that NASCAR fantasy games are a fun way to enjoy NASCAR
racing.
Now don't fool yourself NASCAR fantasy isn't for everyone. Depending
on what kind of league you join there are many different ways NASCAR
fantasy works. I will explain below a few of the leagues that I've
seen.
Most of the common NASCAR fantasy is based on points, you get so many
points based on what the drivers do in the NASCAR race every week. In
the end whoever group of drivers he picked with the most points win
it.
One of the most interesting NASCAR fantasy is the salary cap one. You
given a certain cap and allowed to spend the cap money. Usually you
pick 5 drivers. Drivers have a value attached to them in dollars. Some
leagues only let you use the driver a certain amount of times. The
league I am in has an 8 start limit.
You then pick your top five drivers but you can't go over your cap
money. So pick carefully or you won't do well in this kind of league.
It does make you think and you can be your own CEO of your NASCAR
fantasy team. How cool is that?
Now how much fun can you have spending fifty million in play money?
That's why NASCAR fantasy has taken off in popularity. There's no
doubt in will only be a matter of time before NASCAR fantasy is
mentioned in the same breath as
fantasy baseball or
fantasy football.
