NBA Playoffs - We Love The Excitement Of Game 7

When it comes to sports there is nothing more exciting than the NBA
playoffs. It doesn't matter if your favorite NBA team is in the
playoffs or not you are still glued to the television to watch the
teams play. There is too much action that keeps you on the edge of
your seat.
NBA Playoff Teams
The NBA playoff teams are determined by
the best results from the years basketball schedule. They play all
year long and it comes down to the best of the best. It seems like the
Los Angeles Lakers are always in it or the
Boston Celtics. It really
doesn't matter which NBA team makes the playoffs it is still exciting
to watch.
The best part of the NBA playoffs is
when you have a Cinderella team make the playoffs and you get to root
for the underdog. This doesn't happen as often as it use to due to the
NBA salary cap structure. You can use the
Chicago Bulls as an example
after Michael Jordan left the team they had no shot at all.
Of course there is really no equivalent better situation than if
your favorite NBA team makes the NBA playoffs. If you are as crazy as
me you will even rearrange you schedule at work to catch the games. If
you are lucky and don't have to work the night shift like me.
My favorite NBA team is the
New York
Knicks. Ok I know the Knicks have been stinking up the joint lately
but hey you really can't change your team because of that. I have been
a New York Knicks fan since the Early 1970's and use to go to
Madison Square Garden quite often back in the day.
My all time Favorite player has to be Patrick Ewing. He always gave
his all on the Basketball court for the fans. The Year that the New
York Knicks made the NBA playoffs in
the late 80's and played the bulls in the finals was a great year for
me to root for my Knicks. Until they lost of course.
The best part of the NBA playoffs is that no matter what team is on
it you will have a team to root against also. There are a lot of
people that hate any team. For me its the Boston Celtics just because
they always beat my New York Knicks. As you can probably tell I am not
a big Larry bird fan either.
My usual regiment for watching the NBA playoffs is to have all my
buddies over the house. We usually get a six foot hero or a few
pizza's and some beers and have a good old time watching the playoff
games. We really have a good time ranking on the guy who is actually
rooting for his favorite team. That is always fun to do especially
during game 7.
